The Developer
Who built this?
Hi! I'm Vhien Daniel, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology student at Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) Main Campus. This DTR system was developed as part of my on-the-job training at the Bureau of Treasury, Region VIII.
The goal was to replace the manual process of filling out daily time records with a fast, accessible, and export-ready web application — no login, no fuss. Employees can open the link, fill in their entries, and export a government-formatted DTR slip in seconds.
This project is submitted for the fulfillment of the requirements of the degree Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

What it does
Key Features
No login required — session data is stored in the browser, so employees can start immediately without creating an account.
Week-by-week calendar — an accordion-style calendar lets users expand any week and fill in their daily time entries cleanly in a structured table.
Export to Excel & PDF — generates a government-formatted DTR slip in either format, ready to print and submit.
Auto-save — every change saves automatically as you type. Closing the tab never means losing your work.
